RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 TO CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH CHRISP COMPANY, A CORPORATION, FOR ON CALL STRIPING, PROJECT NO. ST-23-01QB; INCREASING THE CONTRACT COMPENSATION, IN THE AMOUNT OF $271,434.50 FOR A REVISED TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $740,431.50
