This time is set aside for members of the general public to address the Council on any item not on the Council Agenda, which is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Council. No action or discussion shall be taken on any item presented except that any Council Member may respond to statements made or questions asked, or may ask questions for clarification. All matters of an administrative nature will be referred to staff. All matters relating to Council will be noted in the minutes and may be scheduled for discussion at a future meeting or referred to staff for clarification and report.

RESOLUTION APPROVING FOURTH AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH MESITI-MILLER ENGINEERING, INC., TO AUGMENT SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR THE LEE ROAD TRAIL PROJECT - PHASE 1, INCREASING COMPENSATION, IN THE AMOUNT OF $38,700 FOR A REVISED TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $227,402, EXTENDING THE CONTRACT TERM FROM DECEMBER 31, 2025 TO DECEMBER 31, 2026; UPDATING THE ENGINEERING HOURLY RATES FOR 2025 

RESOLUTION APPROVING THIRD AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES WITH PRESENTATION PRODUCTS, INC., DBA SPINITAR, INCREASING THE CONTRACT TOTAL BY $4,657.73 FOR THE CITY OF WATSONVILLE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AUDIO-VISUAL UPGRADE PROJECT

RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH PACIFIC CREST ENGINEERING, INC., FOR SPECIAL INSPECTION, TESTING & GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES ON THE RAMSAY PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT; EXTENDING THE CONTRACT TERM TO DECEMBER 31, 2026; INCREASING THE CONTRACT AMOUNT BY $77,280 FOR A REVISED TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $172,340
