WA-22-14829 IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,999,000; AUTHORZING & DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAME; & AUTHORIZING A BUDGET APPROPRIATIONOF $6,884,400 FROM THE WATER ENTERPRISE FUND [0720] ($4,850,000 OF THE TOTAL PROJECT COST WILL BE REIMBURSED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES GRANT FUND)
