RESOLUTION APPROVING A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SANTA CRUZ (DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE) FOR PREMISES LOCATED AT 275 MAIN STREET, SUITES 202 & 203, WATSONVILLE, CALIFORNIA, TO EXTEND THE LEASE TERM BY FIVE YEARS THROUGH JUNE 30, 2030, & AUTHORIZING & DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAME & ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO OF A NON-SUBSTANTIVE NATURE SUBJECT TO LEGAL APPROVAL

1) RESOLUTION APPROVING FIFTH AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES WITH CSG CONSULTANTS, INC., FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, FIRE PLAN REVIEW, FIELD BUILDING INSPECTION, & SUPPLEMENTAL PERMIT TECHNICIAN SERVICES, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $250,000 PER FISCAL YEARS 2025/2026 & 2026/2027

FOR 21, 27 & 31 WEST BEACH STREET, WATSONVILLE, CALIFORNIA, & AUTHORIZING & DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAME, & ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO OF A NON-SUBSTANTIVE NATURE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE CITY ATTORNEY

10) Action on Resolution of the City Council of the City of Watsonville in its Capacity as the Successor to the Housing Assets & Functions of the Former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Watsonville Finding that the Use of Funds from the Low & Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund for Planning & General Administrative Costs is Necessary for the Purpose of Producing, Improving, & Preserving the Community’s Supply of Low & Moderate-Income Housing
